Tetyana Yurkovska is CEO of Discovery Life Science Poland and Ukraine and boasts over 30 years of extensive experience in pharmaceutical business and life sciences. Currently serving as the CEO of Discovery Life Sciences (DLS) in Poland and Ukraine, she joined the company in 2020 following the acquisition of two Ukrainian entities, a CRO, and a Pathology lab, where she held the position of CEO and co-owner since 2015. Prior to this role, Tetyana successfully led teams in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus as the General Manager at Danish Coloplast A/S. Her impressive career includes various roles in the pharmaceutical industry, from a medical representative at Berlin Chemie to the Marketing Director at Sanofi for Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia. Tetyana holds a degree from the National Medical University of Ukraine, a Master of Sciences degree in gynecology and obstetrics from the National Medical Academy, and a postgraduate specialization in Health Care Management from the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy. Notably, she has played an active role in healthcare reform initiatives in Ukraine, serving as co-chairman of the Medical Services Providers Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, Tetyana represented DLS on the advisory board of the AmCham in Poland from 2022 to 2024.
