Piotr Surma serves as the co-founder and CEO of Ingenix, a pioneering company that leverages multimodal Generative AI to streamline pre-clinical drug discovery for RNA-based medicines. Prior to dedicating his efforts to Ingenix, Piotr co-established Applica, an AI-driven Document Automation firm that was successfully acquired by Snowflake. He also co-founded Mindbox, a multi-million-dollar consultancy specializing in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and ERP solutions. Furthermore, Piotr accumulated valuable experience in various roles at Nokia and Hewlett Packard’s R&D departments. Piotr holds a master’s degree in computer science from the esteemed French Grande École, IMT Atlantique, and earned his PhD in Philosophy from Warsaw University.
