Matthew Tebeau is a specialist in strategy development and commercialization of biotech innovation. He is the COO of Phagelux Agirhealth, a growth-stage biotech platform with biological bactericides in agriculture and food safety. Matthew also advises early-stage biotechs seeking to develop biological therapies for chronic disease management.  Prior to working in biotech, Matthew was a management consultant, who for many years advised companies on market entry into Central & Eastern Europe and Russia. He holds an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College as well as a graduate degree from Harvard University. Matthew has participated post-graduate business education at Harvard Business School and IMD in Switzerland.
