Maciej is an IT expert with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering solutions and complex IT ecosystems. He has set directions in many small and large enterprises, including several start-up initiatives.

Starting his career as a telecommunications engineer, he took his first steps in that industry. He then worked in healthcare, designing the Polish electronic prescription system and medical data index. In more recent times, Maciej has worked across a wide range of sectors, including finance, consumer, TMT, utilities, and manufacturing.

At Deloitte, Maciej leads the Technology Strategy Vision and Architecture practice. He manages a team of experienced experts specializing in IT architecture and infrastructure management, technology selection, and DevOps.
