Célestin Garcelon is the Programme Manager for the Healthy Investment Central Eastern Europe (HICEE) Project, an EU-funded initiative focused on building a dynamic healthcare investment ecosystem across Central and Eastern Europe. He is a French professional based in Paris, with has a background in Biomedical Engineering and Biotech & Pharmaceutical Management. For nearly three years, he has been contributing to European Institute of Innovation and Technology in Health (EIT Health) programmes, including two years as an analyst for the Venture Centre of Excellence, where he focused on fostering collaboration and investment sharing between venture capital firms and corporates, aiming to accelerate the development of cutting-edge digital health and life science start-ups. Célestin is motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on healthcare innovation in emerging markets.
